Thanks to the know-how we have developed over more than 40 years of experience, state-of-the-art advanced software and a technologically advanced machinery fleet, we design molds for the Aluminum die casting industry using aluminum, zamak and magnesium. We design molds for automatic trimming tools, sheet metal deep drawing and thermoplastic molding.
We provide an integrated consulting and customer support service throughout all stages, including feasibility studies, product industrialization and 2D/3D Drawing mold.

Simulating the entire die casting process
Using our state-of-the-art software, we perform thermal analysis of molds to identify any potential issues or minor imperfections. Parameter assessment provides us with an extremely accurate analysis of the internal and external filling and cooling stages. We can also identify and analyze stresses and optimize casting quality.
PMS Engineering
The PMS System Engineering Department consists of a specialized team of designers and model maker.
PMS Engineering works closely with the customer to optimize every aspect of the product, reducing costs and improving feasibility. Geometries, tolerances and critical areas are analyzed to ensure a reliable and precise die casting and machining process.
