Aesthetic finishing and treatments
PMS System pays particular attention to the surface treatments of die-cast products, offering a complete service including:
• Surface treatments
• Heat treatments
• Machining
• Aesthetic finishing.
Thanks to the know-how we have developed over more than 40 years of experience, we provide an integrated service designed to meet all project requirements before delivery to the customer.
Teartments
SURFACE TREATMENTS:
Trimming, deburring, sandblasting and tumbling:
These finishing treatments remove imperfections and ensure clean, uniform surfaces on die-cast parts in accordance with the project guidelines.
HEAT TREATMENTS:
These treatments are essential for modifying and stabilizing the mechanical properties of components, making them stronger and more stable in terms of shape and dimensions.
Machining
Machining processes are used to ensure the tolerances and functionality required for the intended use of the die-cast product. Machining processes complement the production process to complete the component and include:
• Drilling
• Facing
• Tapping.
Aesthetic finishing
This is the final processing stage, when required, before delivery.
PAINTING
The most important aesthetic finishing process, using epoxy powders or other pigments. Its main purpose is to make the component more aesthetically appealing and easier to handle. These coatings also provide protection and help reduce corrosion.
OTHER FINISHING PROCESSES:
There are many other finishing processes, each selected according to the specific requirements of the project, including Anodizing, Plating, Electroplating, Powder Coating and Polishing.
