Technology and machinery
Our facility is equipped to handle projects of any geometric scale. Thanks to our dedicated equipment and lifting systems, we are able to manufacture industrial molds with maximum dimensions of up to 2500 x 1500 x 1500 mm, responding flexibly to the requirements of the most demanding industries.

High-speed and multi-axis milling
We operate high-performance machining centers with 3 and 5 interpolated axes. These include the DVF 6500 5-axis system, alongside Hermle, Mikron, Famup and AWEA solutions, ideal for complex geometries and outstanding surface finishes.
Wire electrical discharge machining (EDM)
Our EDM department ensures micrometric cutting and extremely accurate machining of hard materials, thanks to the efficiency of the Mitsubishi BA 24 system and the precision technology provided by AgieCharmilles.
CNC turning
We complete our in-house production process with CNC turning solutions (with a 300 mm spindle) for finishing high-precision components and cylindrical details.

Inspections and testing

Presses for precision inspection
What we do: We use tryout and spotting presses to simulate mold closure prior to production.
The advantages: We optimize the fitting of mold inserts, eliminate die casting flash and verify the perfect sealing of temperature-control circuits.

Trimming and finishing presses
What we do: We carry out functional testing of the cores and trimming of the runners from the molded component with the utmost care.
The advantages: We verify and validate the dimensional stability of the die-cast component and the correct removal of casting flash.

Metrology room (CMM)
What we do: We perform computerized 3D scanning and measurements using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
The advantages: We verify the hundredth-of-a-millimeter tolerances of mold cavities and die-cast samples against the mathematical 3D CAD model.
