Thanks to the know-how we have developed over more than 40 years of experience and our state-of-the-art machinery, we design and manufacture molds for the Aluminum die casting industry using aluminum, zamak and magnesium. Molds for automatic trimming tools and deep drawing.
We provide an integrated consulting and customer support service throughout all stages, including feasibility studies, product industrialization and 2D/3D Drawing mold.

Mold Testing
This consists of a series of foundry tests to assess the quality and strength of the mold in relation to the casting process. The advantage is the assurance of flawless production, aligned with the required objectives and designed to optimize waste and resources.

To reduce production costs and meet the needs of foundries that use automatic trimming of die-cast parts made from light alloys, reliable and technologically advanced Trimming tools are essential to minimize the risk of interruptions to the die casting cycle and production.
PMS System manufactures trimming tools complete with:
• Hydraulically operated radial units
• Mechanical rocker mechanisms for cleaning areas that cannot be reached by the standard “open and close” movement.
AUTOMATIC TRIMMING TOOLS:
Dies for automatic production are controlled and regulated by electronic and electrical components which, through sensors and limit switches, ensure a correct trimming cycle.
The die is supplied complete with:
• Air Blowing System
• Electrical System
• Hydraulic System, if required
• Complete Testing to ensure long-term reliability.
